These sessions will help women rebuild their relationship with their inner dialogue, challenge and change their unhelpful and repetitive thoughts to encourage them to achieve all their desires.

Career Support Workshop
The Groomed to Go Career Support Workshop provides you with a supportive, personalised, 1:1 job preparation experience. Clients choose the focus of their session: resume and cover letter focus, or interview preparation.

Mondays at 10:00am-11:00am, 11:30am-12:30pm, or 1:15pm-2:15pm
Tuesdays at 1:00pm-2:00pm, or 2:00pm-3:00pm
